How to improve my grip for army ADSC jerry can test?
Every time I go to Personal Fitness days with the Army I always drop the jerry can after about 100m. It is not my upper body strength I need to improve it is my forearm muscles and my grip in my wrists etc as I lose my grip and as soon as I drop the jerry can I fail that event. Can anybody tell me how I can strengthen my grip and my muscles that I need to pass the jerry can?
Grippers. Simply that. You can do them on your own just opening and closing your hands many many times while holding your arms parallel to the ground at your sides, in front of you, or holding your arms above you, or you can do the same thing with the assistance of one of those little hand held spring grippers available at any sports store.
