What does a beginners Muay Thai lesson usually consist of?
What do you usually start learning when you first start Muay Thai? Hows the sparring…do you wear anything to protect you like shin gaurds? Any info about muay thai is appreciated…thank you=)
You’ll be doing conditioning exercises such as squats, jump rope, crunches, push ups, etc.
Also bag work (kicking and punching it) as well as mitt work and pad work with moving partners.
Protective gear (shin guards, cup, sparring gloves, mouthpiece, head hear) is usually needed for advanced classes.
