A DIY home MMA Training Gym?
I want to see if anyone has made an at home training mma gym out of scratch. I’ve know several fighters that have tapes phone books to trees and stuff like that. Does anyone have any tips or cool ideas?
Ive got the gear, but I was looking for more of a built by hands gym (like out of plywood and other material).

you could also try and build a cage of your own, pretty similar just make it 8 sided, at vinyl covered fencing to the walls and pad the posts.
